*The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a prepayment, typically 20-30% of the charter fee, used to cover operational expenses during a yacht charter, such as fuel, food, beverages, and dockage fees. At the end of the charter, the captain provides an expense report, with any remaining balance refunded or additional costs settled.
